Description of Grangers Spray-On Waterproofing for Synthetic Fabrics Spray-On Waterproofing for Synthetic Fabrics provides durable water and stain repellency for Gore-Tex®, eVent®, Precip®, Triple Point®, Helly-Tech®, Dry-Plus® and all other waterproof/ breathable laminated, coated or microfiber fabrics. The non-aerosol spray treatment optimizes breathability, maintains the look and feel of the garment. It is odor-free. Spray-On Waterproofing for Synthetic Fabrics restores the durable water repellency (DWR) on garments to original levels of performance. Granger’s uses the same fluoropolymer chemistry as was applied to the fabric in the manufacturing process. This assures compatibility between the original and restorative treatments which improves performance and durability. The treatment will last through several subsequent washes. An added benefit to fluoro treatments is the oil and stain repellency they provide. Features: Adds or restores DWR finish to synthetic fabrics. Spray-on application is ideal for garments with wicking liners or for gear that can not be machine washed (such as waterproof / breathable tents or bivy sacks). Optimizes breathability while shedding water, oil and dirt from the textile surface. Long lasting—effective through several subsequent washes. Waterworks Technology® is environment friendly, water-based and biodegradable. State-of-the-art fluoro chemical technology is compatible with the original fabric finish used by all major textile/garment producers. Excellent results on Gore-Tex®, Event®, Precip®, Sympatex® and all other waterproof/breathable technologies. Maintains the look and feel of the fabric. Residue-free and leaves no odor. Heat activated. Tumble dry or iron to achieve optimal performance. Use approximately 5 oz. (150 ml) per garment.
